Position: Investment Consultant - External Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with high net worth clients who have shown interest in the firm's investment opportunities
- No cold outreach or prospecting necessary
- Focus on converting client leads provided by the organization
- Support the transition and retention of client relationships managed by the dedicated portfolio management and service team
Home Office Support:
The organization covers all home office expenses such as computer equipment, phone, scanner, printer, and more. Travel costs are reimbursed, and an expense account is provided.
Compensation Structure:
Starting with a base salary of $100,000 plus uncapped commission, the average total compensation ranges from $300,000 to $500,000, with top performers earning $1 million or more. The compensation framework includes a base salary along with uncapped commission. As the base salary decreases over time, the commission significantly increases, ensuring ongoing earnings from new sales for several years. Benefits encompass full coverage of health/medical, dental, and vision care for employees and their dependents, in addition to 401k matching.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years' experience in roles such as Investment Consultant, External Wholesaler, or similar positions, showcasing a successful sales history and the capability to attract new investment assets to the firm.
