Job Summary

Sullivan Tire Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing assigned dealerships to ensure optimal performance and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet or Exceed Sales Objectives: Responsible for meeting or exceeding established objectives in the areas of sales, units, profitability, gross profit, and employee and customer engagement for assigned channel.
  2. Develop Best Practices: Develop best practice standards to maximize workflow efficiencies and sales volume/objectives for the assigned dealerships (GM & Ford).
  3. Partner with Stakeholders: Partner with wholesale management, sales team, CDS's, and location managers to develop strategies to meet or exceed established wholesale deliverables and sales targets.
  4. Deliver Quality Work: Deliver quality work on time, every time to the customers to ensure long-term growth in sales and profits.
  5. Train and Develop Sales Team: Work with and train sales team on GM and Ford programs features, benefits, and electronic ordering and stocking programs.
  6. Maintain and Grow Tire Manufacturer Programs: Maintain and grow tire manufacturer programs with assigned customers and manufacturer representatives.
  7. Assume Additional Responsibilities: Assume additional responsibilities as requested, including delivering tires, answering phones, and putting away tires.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of high school diploma with 3-5 years of industry/wholesale experience. College degree recommended, but not required.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong selling and customer service skills, conflict resolution skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, strong time management skills, and a can-do attitude.
