The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in a focused Mass Market account in Boston, Massachusetts. This role will be part of a high-performing team that is shaping the future of NXP's business with a leading customer in the consumer electronics industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a winning account strategy to identify and secure design wins and convert them to revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the customer's engineering, executive, and purchasing teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Business Lines, NXP Management, and Customer Application Solutions, to execute strategy and drive results.
- Identify and qualify design-in opportunities and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies to ensure business objectives are met.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering.
- Proven track record of fast-paced, high-tech selling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- 3+ years of focused account management experience.
