Role Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and strengthen business relationships with store staff to drive sales and growth.
  • Conduct regular visits to retail locations as deemed necessary by the Sales Director.
  • Encourage store personnel to promote Masco Cabinetry products to their clientele.
  • Provide training and support to store staff, educating them on our product offerings and marketing initiatives both in-store and off-site.
  • Proactively address product, warranty, and service inquiries, ensuring effective communication of resolutions to all relevant parties.
  • Maintain and refresh product displays in showrooms.
  • Analyze sales data and formulate tactical and strategic plans to achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Review monthly budgets and prepare quarterly business plans for accounts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of sales experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts related to sensitive or complex issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with external clients.
  • Demonstrated success in building positive partnerships and collaborating with various teams and customers.
  • Excellent project management and budgeting skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with high effectiveness, flexibility, and initiative.
  • Willingness to travel daily within the assigned region and quarterly beyond.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in retail sales or the building materials industry.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze sales reports.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with in-store designers.
