About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Director to join our team at PNC Bank NA. This dynamic role will drive sales growth and partnership development with key vendors in the Midwest Territory.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize financing opportunities under assigned vendor programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor and vendor channel personnel to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Coordinate financing request submission, credit underwriting, and transaction closing with internal and external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with new clients and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and partnership development in a vendor-based finance environment.
  • Strong relationships with key vendors and vendor channel personnel in the Midwest Territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a high-performing team.
