Job Title: Director of Sales Biscuit

About the Role:

This is a full-time position where you will work from our Minneapolis, MN office 3 days per week and the other 2 days remote. As a Director of Sales Biscuit, you will be responsible for developing and executing a winning growth strategy for our biscuit products, working in partnership with customers to define and execute a strategy for the customer, and ensuring the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
  • Execute the strategy for the customer, ensuring the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
  • Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of progressive experience in CPG sales and business development, including in a people manager/leadership role. You should have a strong understanding of product commercialization processes, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to leverage customer-specific data to drive business results.
