Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services and amenities.
- Supervise the daily operations of the front office team, including office associates and guest experience specialists.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in guest service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
