Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at AC Hotel Portland Downtown. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and a seamless check-in experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest accounts and hotel transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience in a related role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
