Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at The Oregon Clinic's Central Business Office. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and direct visitors, providing general information and assistance as needed
- Triage and route calls to the appropriate extension or voicemail
- Manage faxes, sort and distribute mail, and perform other general office support duties
- Maintain inventory and perform other tasks as assigned
- At least 6 months' experience as a customer-focused receptionist in a busy medical office
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to learn position-specific software and type 40+ wpm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
