About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented National Sea Logistics Training Intern to join our Sea Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization, developing your skills and expertise in supply chain and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the National Sea Logistics Training Manager in developing and implementing training programs for designated groups.
  • Design and deliver live trainings, recording questions and areas of concern for trainers to review and address.
  • Maintain department web pages and support the team in web page-related efforts.
  • Develop and maintain multimedia visual aids and presentations for the training library.
  • Support the Regional Training Team in curriculum development and training survey design.
  • Provide analytics to improve training effectiveness based on participant feedback.
  • Support the National Training Manager in defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs across the Business Unit Sea Logistics.
  • Help analyze training effectiveness and suggest modifications as needed.
  • Develop and seek out cutting-edge research and information to generate ideas for Sea Logistics Training development.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' training experience
  • 1+ years industry experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
