Urban Farming Operations Coordinator

At MicroHabitat, we are dedicated to building a healthier society and world by reconnecting people with nature and their food. Our mission is to transform unused spaces into urban farms, creating greener and more resilient cities through urban agriculture. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team and support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Coordinate billing and payment applications
• Configure insurance certificates for clients and urban farms
• Forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Create pitch decks for investors
• Calculate and pay employee bonuses and sales team commissions
• Optimize files and manage intercompany transfers and exchanges
• Forecast USD-CAD exchange rates
• Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1+ year experience in client service and banking
• Bilingual and fluent in French and English
