We are seeking a highly skilled PACS Administrator to join our team at Infirmary Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of image archiving and communication by providing day-to-day support and administration of the Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) and Radiology Informatics System (RIS).

• Provide technical support and administration of PACS and RIS systems
• Serve as a liaison between Information Technology, Radiology, and other departments regarding medical imaging initiatives and processes
• Oversee the development, selection, implementation, and maintenance of information systems to meet radiology needs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in radiology, information technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role with healthcare and PACS-related platforms
• Demonstrated project management and implementation skills
• Licensure, registration, or certification through the PACS Administrators Registry and Certification Association (PARCA)

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

• 6 or more years of experience as a technical administrator for EMR, PACS, and dictation systems in a clinical setting
• Working knowledge of data reconciliation, applications testing, and end-user training
• Working knowledge of voice recognition software and hardware, as well as administrative operations within a healthcare environment
• Licensure, registration, or certification through the American Board of Imaging Informatics (ABII)
