Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including billing and payment applications.
  • Configure insurance certificates for clients and urban farms.
  • Forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain the company's pitch decks for investors.
  • Calculate and pay employee bonuses and sales team commissions.
  • Optimize files and manage intercompany transfers and exchanges.
  • Forecast USD-CAD exchange rates.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client service, banking, or finance.
  • Must be bilingual and fluent in French and English.
