Job Summary

United Auto Credit Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Call Back Analyst to join our team. As a Call Back Analyst, you will play a critical role in following up on submitted applications that have been approved or conditionally approved through our automated decisioning process. Your goal will be to capture contracts by following up with dealerships over the phone using our common sense lending approach, with a focus on Service Excellence to our dealer body.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up with dealerships on automated decisioning applications to capture contracts.
  • Ensure loan requests meet program and product specifications or counteroffer to a different product and/or program when appropriate.
  • Nurture relationship management between the Dealership Body and the Sales/Marketing team to drive day-to-day success.
  • Review deals with dealer partners and help them structure or restructure as needed to fit the program.
  • Interact daily with automotive dealerships to gather information needed to recommend different products and/or programs.
  • Partner with dealerships and Area Managers to educate them on the rationale behind credit decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with the dealership body through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Marketing Team, Funders, and Dealership Body to drive business growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships with customers, sales/marketing team members, and peers.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong desire to achieve and succeed in a highly competitive market.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Previous experience within the auto finance or financial services sector highly preferred but not required.
Language Ability
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in person, in writing, and by telephone.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired.
Work Environment

The work environment is quiet, and the physical demands of the job are minimal. The employee is required to sit regularly and walk occasionally.
