Job Summary

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Residential One LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including light repairs, janitorial work, and grounds maintenance.
  • Assist with apartment make readies and ensure all units are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new residents.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including snow removal and other critical maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property management industry.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
