Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Assistant to join our team at Residential One LLC. As a Regional Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Regional Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Regional Directors in assessing property needs and gathering information for owners, asset managers, and compliance agencies.
  • Review weekly status reports and delinquency reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and assist in resolving issues.
  • Assist in assembling replacement reserve requests and gathering budget information.
  • Review monthly financial reports from site managers and respond to vendor requests.
  • Organize and maintain contracts for all properties.
  • Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance inspections and maintaining records.
  • Support the oversight of personal care, meal service, and assisted living programs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the property management industry.
  • Computer proficiency, including Excel knowledge.
  • Property management software experience and ability to navigate.
  • Ability to read and understand management reports.
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment.
