We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Assistant to join our team at Residential One LLC. As a Regional Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Regional Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Regional Directors in assessing property needs and gathering information for owners, asset managers, and compliance agencies.
- Review weekly status reports and delinquency reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to resident inquiries and assist in resolving issues.
- Assist in assembling replacement reserve requests and gathering budget information.
- Review monthly financial reports from site managers and respond to vendor requests.
- Organize and maintain contracts for all properties.
- Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance inspections and maintaining records.
- Support the oversight of personal care, meal service, and assisted living programs.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the property management industry.
- Computer proficiency, including Excel.
- Property management software knowledge and ability to navigate.
- Experience reading and understanding management reports.
- Problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment.
