About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at LUCE Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising all kitchen activities, preparing delicious food, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen activities and prepare food to the highest standards
- Ensure quality, kitchen maintenance, and inventory functions are maintained
- Work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Partner with colleagues to achieve team success
- Meet local laws and regulations regarding food handling
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of high-end/fine dining cook experience
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Prior Michelin experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure and lift up to 50lbs
- Good reading, writing, and basic math skills
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
