Job Title: Customer Relations Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving escalated customer service situations in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and diagnose customer-reported issues to resolve them in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work with the Escalated Claims Team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to inspect claims and resolve disputes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input on current product and installation challenges.
  • Promote customer retention, growth, and satisfaction by maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service and resolution experience.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in situations of escalation.
  • Experience de-escalating situations and working towards a positive resolution for all parties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
