Customer Relations Specialist

LeafFilter is a leading provider of gutter protection solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Customer Relations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Work closely with internal teams to inspect claims and resolve disputes
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input on current product and installation challenges
- Promote customer retention, growth, and satisfaction by maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service and resolution experience
- Ability to remain calm and professional in situations of escalation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
