Customer Relations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Leaf Home Water Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide guidance and support to clients on our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in customer relations or a related field
- Knowledge of water treatment systems and home safety solutions
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
