Position Overview

This full-time role is essential for those aspiring to advance in marketing management. You will support the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Assistant Director of Marketing in various critical tasks that ensure client satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support: Assist the Assistant Director of Marketing across multiple areas including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and brand marketing.
  • Project Management: Oversee the daily intake of marketing projects and support digital marketing efforts by analyzing performance metrics.
  • Public Relations Coordination: Collaborate with PR agencies to manage media stays and coordinate on-site experiences.
  • Social Media Management: Work with social media agencies to capture content and manage specific channels.
  • Brand Marketing: Partner with creative agencies to develop marketing materials and maintain online brand presence.
  • Sales Support: Assist with customer inquiries, event coordination, and sales appointments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role within a hospitality environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
