Position Overview
This full-time role is primarily administrative and support-oriented, serving as a stepping stone towards a career in Marketing Management.

Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist, you will assist the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Assistant Director of Marketing in various essential tasks, including:

  • Marketing Duties:
    Support digital marketing initiatives, manage social media channels, and assist with public relations efforts.
  • Project Management:
    Oversee the daily marketing project intake and pull performance metrics.
  • Collaboration:
    Work with creative agencies to develop marketing materials and maintain an online brand presence.

Sales Support:
Assist with sales inquiries, coordinate customer events, and provide telephone coverage for the sales and catering office.

Qualifications
We seek candidates with:
- At least one year of experience in an administrative role within a hospitality environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
