In this administrative role, you will provide essential support to the Sales & Marketing team. Your contributions will be crucial in driving business success and fulfilling client needs. Key responsibilities include:
MARKETING FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
- Assist the marketing leadership in various areas such as digital outreach, social media engagement, public relations, and brand initiatives.
- Oversee the daily influx of marketing projects.
- Support digital marketing efforts by analyzing monthly performance metrics.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to manage media interactions and coordinate experiences.
- Work with social media partners to create engaging content and manage influencer collaborations.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and signage with creative agencies.
- Help maintain our online brand presence through effective content management.
- Support marketing initiatives for our various outlets, including dining and wellness services.
- Coordinate visual content creation through photo and video sessions.
- Assist with sales inquiries and client communications.
- Help organize customer events and prepare for sales meetings.
- Provide telephone support for the sales and catering team.
- At least one year of experience in an administrative capacity within a hospitality-focused environment.
- Familiarity with industry software such as Delphi or OPERA is advantageous.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Willingness to learn about various marketing disciplines.
- Basic understanding of social media and reputation management.
- Capability to navigate content management systems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
