Job Title: Assistant Manager I

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager I to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As an Assistant Manager I, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our 165-unit apartment community in Sherwood, OR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Property Manager with leasing, marketing, and maintaining property integrity.
  • Screen prospective residents, collect rents, and serve notices.
  • Develop reports and prepare agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Two years of previous customer service experience.
  • Previous property management experience preferred.
  • Basic experience with MS365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Able to prioritize and coordinate details of multiple projects or tasks.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, and high energy.
  • Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $20-$21.
  • A monthly $25 cell phone stipend.
  • Bonus eligibility and mileage reimbursement for business-related travels.

  • A flexible schedule, with FT hours from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
