About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at CRMG. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential and commercial properties, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of property activity
  • Collect rents and process payments
  • Serve notices and handle resident complaints
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience
  • Two (2) years of previous property management experience
  • Previous experience with property management software
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
