Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- General Office Management: Provide administrative support to our office, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage our administrative team, including providing guidance and support to ensure the team is meeting its goals and objectives.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including managing employee records and benefits.
- Operations: Oversee the administration of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- IT Support: Provide technical support to our employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including managing budgets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Experience: 2-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework or a degree in business administration preferred.
