Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at CRMG. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our properties, including marketing and leasing efforts.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including repairs and renovations.
  • Screen prospective residents and conduct lease signings.
  • Collect rents and process payments.
  • Prepare and serve notices, including eviction notices.
  • Develop and maintain reports on property performance.
  • Prepare and negotiate agreements, including lease agreements.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience.
  • Two (2) years of previous property management experience.
  • Previous experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • Understanding of landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
