Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager at Boss Exteriors Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general office management, including administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Promote a positive workplace environment, foster teamwork, and maintain effective communication with colleagues and management.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Safety and Compliance: Collaborate with the Safety Committee to administer safety protocols, manage auto and workers' compensation claims, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • IT and Fleet Management: Provide IT support for employees, manage fleet records, including inventory, maintenance, tracking devices, and registration.
  • Administrative Support: Offer administrative support to the Controller, Sales Manager, Project Managers, and General Manager, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 4 years of office management experience, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Effective oral and written communication skills, computer literacy with Microsoft Office, willingness to learn technical trade/industry details, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
  • Personal Qualities: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, team player with a focus on attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
