Zachary Piper Solutions is in search of a Radio Frequency and Electronic Warfare Specialist to deliver expert technical assistance to the NAVY's Exports Program Office. This role is on-site and is focused on providing critical insights into Radio Frequency and Electronic Warfare systems, as well as evaluating platform performance. The specialist will also be responsible for drafting defense position papers and decision memoranda concerning the export of these systems.

Key Responsibilities of the Specialist include:

Providing technical, system, or engineering expertise with military technologies and platforms related to radars, infrared systems, electronic warfare, and infrared platforms. Assessing system utility and operational effectiveness. Interpreting Department of Defense (DoD) instructions on export policy to offer recommendations for export requests, while coordinating with subject matter experts across DoD branches to ensure compliance. Establishing and maintaining partnerships with various DoD entities, intelligence communities, and other stakeholders to meet program requirements.

Required Qualifications of the Specialist include:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field. At least 6 years of experience in export processes, RF/EW technologies. Proficiency in policy development, documentation, and presentations. Clearance: Active TS/SCI required for consideration.

Compensation for the Specialist includes:

Salary : $150,000 - $185,000 based on experience and qualifications. Benefits : A comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, 401K with matching contributions, paid time off, holidays, and more.
