Job Title: EW/RF Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled EW/RF Engineer to provide technical support to the NAVY's Exports Program Office. This is an on-site position located in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance regarding Radio Frequency and Electronic Warfare systems and platform performance.
  • Draft defense position papers and decision memoranda regarding US export of said systems.
  • Evaluate system utility and effectiveness.
  • Interpret DoD instructions on export policy to provide recommendations to DoD and industry for export requests.
  • Coordinate export policy and positions with SME's across DoD branches to ensure compliance.
  • Establish, maintain, and partner with various DoD, intelligence communities (IC) and other partners to address program requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience with exporting, RF/EW.
  • Experience with policy development, writing, and presentations.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance for consideration.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
