About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Arby's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and assist your team in delivering top-notch customer service to satisfy hunger needs and make a difference in our communities.
  • Scheduling: Create weekly schedules to ensure the restaurant has sufficient capacity for a positive customer experience.
  • Culture Development: Foster a welcoming family culture through coaching, discipline, and hiring the right candidates.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory to maintain customer satisfaction. Conduct regular ordering practices.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.
  • Customer and Employee Support: Support your team in handling various situations and resolving customer and employee concerns effectively.
  • Marketing: Execute marketing plans accurately and on time to encourage repeat customer visits.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the District Manager on profit and loss statements, taking necessary actions to address issues.
  • Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers to enhance quality of life.
Requirements
  • Personal and Professional Growth: Desire for personal and professional growth. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare sandwiches.
  • Work Ethic: Exhibit drive, determination, punctuality, and accountability in your shifts.
  • Experience: Possess 3-5 years of team leadership experience in a restaurant setting or equivalent education.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license, insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility in working hours and collaboration with various personalities.
  • Background Check: Pass a background check, be at least 18 years old, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
