Job Summary
As a Restaurant Manager, your role will involve providing proper direction for the restaurant. You will oversee daily operations and drive satisfactory results through people development, sales, and profit growth. Your responsibilities will include hiring, training, and developing staff members, ensuring they understand and embody our values, beliefs, and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food products.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they meet our high standards and embody our company values.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational expenses to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a food service supervisor in a restaurant is a must for this role.
- Proven track record of achieving solid financial results and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
