What will your role entail in the restaurant?

  • Inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional customer service that meets the needs of our guests and contributes to community well-being. Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop weekly staffing schedules to ensure optimal restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a warm and inviting family atmosphere through effective coaching, appropriate discipline, and strategic hiring.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure customer satisfaction, including regular ordering practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
  • Assist your team in navigating various challenges and resolving customer and employee issues with efficiency.
  • Implement marketing strategies accurately and punctually to encourage repeat patronage.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager on financial reports, taking necessary actions to address any discrepancies.
  • Foster positive relationships with both customers and team members to enhance overall workplace morale.

What qualities are essential to join the fun & inspiring DReaM Team? (Requirements)

  • A strong desire for personal and professional development, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare food items.
  • Demonstrated drive, reliability, punctuality, and accountability during your shifts.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant environment or relevant educational background.
  • A valid driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility in work hours and the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities.
  • Successful completion of a background check, being at least 18 years old, and thriving in a fast-paced atmosphere.
