Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage budgets to achieve profit goals, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Develop and execute staffing schedules to meet customer service standards, while controlling labor costs.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Implement a cleaning and maintenance program to ensure the upkeep of facilities, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Develop and implement promotional programs to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including food safety, liquor laws, and ADA requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • City of Janesville Bartender's License or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hiring.
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification or ability to complete within 30 days of hiring.
