The Operations Internship is designed to provide valuable experience in the field of production and logistics management.

Role Responsibilities

As an Operations Intern, you will collaborate closely with Supervisors and Managers to oversee and streamline the receiving, production, and distribution processes, ensuring that quality and efficiency are upheld across the department.

Your primary focus will be on fulfilling daily production requirements throughout the facility.

Key Duties Include:
  • Assisting Supervisors in managing daily warehouse operations
  • Supporting the training of temporary warehouse staff
  • Evaluating and/or creating new warehouse processes
  • Assessing current operational methods while exploring alternative strategies for enhanced efficiency
  • Updating and refining all procedures related to the production operations environment
  • Communicating progress updates to other Supervisors during shifts
