We are looking for a Corporate Office Support Specialist to deliver essential administrative assistance to our headquarters. This role is vital for maintaining efficient operations within the corporate environment and providing support to our executive team with scheduling and financial documentation.

This position requires regular onsite attendance and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring a well-organized office.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, and uphold a tidy office atmosphere.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, including mail and deliveries, while preparing outgoing items for dispatch.
  • Procure office supplies and manage meal orders, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and inventory management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen areas.
  • Ensure that office equipment is operational and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Assist in procurement processes for travel, events, and team-building activities.
  • Monitor and report monthly expenditures, preparing expense documentation for executive review.
  • Manage calendars for multiple executives, ensuring efficient scheduling.
  • Organize promotional materials for events and recruitment fairs.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, payments, and communications, maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to the human resources department, including document management.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role within a corporate setting, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in engaging with executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
