Office Coordinator/Behavioral Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and managing appointments for team members.
  • Overseeing the company’s online presence and communication channels.
  • Maintaining the organizational calendar or specific schedules for designated personnel.
  • Assisting clients or visitors with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients, insurance providers, and colleagues.
  • Handling incoming calls and conveying messages from parents and/or insurance representatives.
  • Supporting data management, client onboarding processes, and the integration of new team members.
  • Monitoring office supply inventory and placing orders as necessary, ensuring overall office maintenance.
  • Managing the processing of incoming invoices and payments.
  • Participating in team meetings or online seminars, taking notes, and preparing meeting summaries for future reference.
