  • Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, including Windows and iOS devices.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Recover and swap faulty equipment, and recover devices from departing colleagues.
  • IT Support Requests: Respond to colleagues' IT support requests, diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues, and provide solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and suppliers to report and repair hardware or software issues.
  • Proactive Support: Provide proactive support to the local office and environment, maintaining spares and ensuring up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Office 365, Windows 10/11, Mac OS, and Mac and Intel hardware.
  • Networking: Understanding of LAN and WAN networking.
  • Soft Skills: Good time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, think critically, and work independently.
Working Arrangements

This role requires the IT Support Specialist to work in-office 4 days a week.
