We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Administrative Assistant to facilitate the daily functions of our organization. The successful candidate will take charge of various administrative responsibilities, manage schedules, oversee communications, and contribute to the seamless operation of the office environment. Key Duties:
  • General Administrative Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing phone calls, handling correspondence (emails, mail, etc.), and overseeing office inventory.
  • Appointment & Calendar Coordination: Organize and maintain appointments, meetings, and events for executives and team members.
  • Communication Management: Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and book travel logistics for team members, encompassing flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Meeting Support: Aid in the preparation of meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and distribute necessary materials to participants.
  • Vendor Communication: Interact with vendors and service providers, manage invoices, and ensure prompt payment of office-related expenses.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing and executing company events, meetings, and other activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
