Senior Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at The Access Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing our company as a leading player in the hotel industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Sales Process: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive Business Growth: Exceed annual sales targets, identify new revenue streams, and develop strategic partnerships to drive business expansion.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 Years of SaaS Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the hotel/travel industry and technology sector.
- Deep Domain Experience: Strong knowledge of electronic distribution, revenue management systems, and customer relationship management.
- Business-to-Business Sales Experience: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive business growth.
- Strong Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to customers and negotiate deals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, plus additional On Target Earnings. You'll also receive generous paid time off, medical, dental & vision insurance, and a range of other benefits.
