Your ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview:
The Clinical Nurse II will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute tailored care plans for a designated group of patients. This role encompasses professional nursing responsibilities that integrate both psychomotor and cognitive skills appropriate for patients and their families. The nurse will assess, plan, intervene, and advocate for patients throughout their care journey, continuously evaluating outcomes and adjusting care plans as necessary. This position also includes mentoring and guiding new nurses and students, and may involve acting as a Patient Care Coordinator when required.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least six months of proven nursing experience.
- A minimum of one year in a direct patient care role within a psychiatric setting.
- CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification within 30 days of employment.
- All external applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Capability to maintain an appropriate work pace relative to workload demands.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards.
- Bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with patients and their families.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
