QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in acute psychiatric or geriatric psychiatric settings is preferred.
- Required Licenses/Certifications: Valid California RN License, BLS certification; ABM/MAB/CPI certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire and renewed annually thereafter, along with LPS designation certification required within six months of employment.
- Language Proficiency: Must possess full command (both verbal and written) of the English language.
- Physical Demands: Must have the physical capabilities, including the ability to perform heavy lifting and possess perceptive acuity (visual and auditory), to effectively carry out all direct and indirect patient care responsibilities.
