Your Role:

In the position of AIS Services Sales Manager, you will spearhead the development of tailored solutions utilizing Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) technologies. You will be accountable for crafting and executing a strategic sales plan for your designated region, fostering robust relationships with clients to drive innovative project delivery and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales of RVI field services and robotics solutions within a specified territory.
  • Develop and implement proposal strategies and sales agreements, including long-term master service agreements for key clients.
  • Formulate pricing structures and assist in customer negotiations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with functional partners to enhance product and service offerings.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • At least 3 additional years of experience in sales and proposal development.
  • Previous experience in selling RVI and/or robotics inspection services.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • The capability to influence stakeholders and lead small teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
