The Customer Service Delivery Representative plays a crucial role in fostering strong, positive relationships with clients and is dedicated to surpassing their expectations and needs.

Operating in a highly competitive landscape, a successful Customer Service Delivery Representative must adeptly balance outstanding customer service with achieving and exceeding personal sales growth objectives.

As representatives of the organization, Customer Service Delivery Representatives work diligently to cultivate goodwill and loyalty while conducting their duties in a professional manner at all times.


Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a company vehicle within a designated territory to deliver products and services to a diverse clientele.

Ensure daily vehicle maintenance is performed and maintain accurate operator documentation; Independently manage daily routes to guarantee timely and precise delivery of products; Load and unload products in accordance with company policies and procedures; Review daily invoices for completeness and accuracy, making corrections as necessary; Achieve sales targets and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability; Generate leads and engage prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and onboard new accounts.

Assist the sales team in acquiring additional new business; Maintain a comprehensive understanding of services, policies, and pricing structures, effectively communicating these to clients; Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously; Prioritize personal safety and remain vigilant for the safety of others.

Utilize safe practices, appropriate tools, and equipment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures; Perform other duties as assigned that are reasonably within the scope of the responsibilities outlined above.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain an excellent driving record; Experience in customer service with consistent client interaction; Strong mathematical and basic computer skills; Proven experience in selling services/products and generating new business is preferred; Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills are essential; Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to resolve customer concerns.


Working Environment and Safety Requirements:

Working conditions may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures based on geographical location. Fast-paced environment may require irregular and extended hours.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs. and load/unload products from the vehicle without assistance. Ability to occasionally lift and maneuver 50+ lbs. This position requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

License Requirements/Certifications:

Valid Driver's License
