Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Services Team Lead to join our team at Mercury Broadband. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tower installation teams, interacting with landlord tower owners and construction managers, and ensuring the proper configuration and connection of tower equipment to our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise tower installation teams to ensure efficient and safe installation of broadband equipment on assigned tower sites.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlord tower owners and construction managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Configure and connect tower equipment to our network, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist in training and development of junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and pursue high-value customers and opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with tower landlords and site owners to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Manage and maintain company fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Tower Foreman or equivalent, with a strong background in tower installation and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of broadband equipment and network infrastructure.
  • Ability to work at elevated heights, with a strong sense of safety and risk management.
  • First Aid/CPR certification, OSHA 30, Tower Climbing Training/Rescue, and Rescue Certified.
