Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing project frameworks and financial plans
  • Managing billing and invoicing processes for project accounts
  • Generating and analyzing sales performance reports
  • Preparing and submitting Cost of Goods Sold reports
  • Accruing project-related costs
  • Compiling and delivering weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
  • Recording and maintaining journal entries
  • Importing and tracking project expenditures
  • Assisting accountants with sales tax documentation
  • Collaborating with Accounts Receivable teams
  • Handling documentation for Certificates of Insurance
  • Executing and notarizing lien waivers
Compensation: Salary range is $70,000 to $75,000.
