Job Overview

POSITION TITLE: Branch Manager - Industrial

COMPENSATION: $75-85k + Bonus

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

The core responsibility of this role centers on ensuring client satisfaction, managing the team effectively, fostering relationships to provide opportunities for team development, and driving growth within the Industrial sector. This position is pivotal in guaranteeing operational excellence through high-quality service delivery to both clients and candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Development: Mentor and guide recruiters by offering continuous training and support through regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings, promoting ongoing development and alignment with team objectives.
  • Technology Utilization: Employ the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools to streamline recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency in filling vacancies and optimizing team performance.
  • Goal Setting: Work collaboratively with leadership to establish and break down strategic goals that align with budgetary expectations, tailoring individual KPIs to motivate team members and enhance collective success.
  • Career Development: Identify growth opportunities for team members through structured coaching conversations, utilizing personalized development plans to foster individual enrichment.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Conduct regular interviews to engage potential internal candidates, leveraging professional networks to build a strong pool of qualified talent.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to expand business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients through various outreach methods.
  • Recruitment Participation: Actively engage in recruitment efforts alongside the team to boost fill rates and enhance customer satisfaction, demonstrating best practices in the hiring process.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Develop creative strategies to attract and build a diverse talent pool, ensuring readiness for current and future client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term partnerships with clients through regular communication and meetings, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Daily Operations: Conduct daily team meetings to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and achieve daily objectives, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional Service Delivery: Consistently provide outstanding service to clients, ensuring a positive experience that meets their expectations.
  • Balanced Leadership: Inspire and motivate the team while holding members accountable, creating a positive work environment that drives success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the staffing industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate team members.
  • Proven track record in building lasting client relationships.
