POSITION TITLE: Branch Manager - Industrial
COMPENSATION: $75-85k + Bonus
GENERAL OVERVIEW:
The primary objective of this role is to enhance client satisfaction while managing the team effectively. This includes fostering relationships that provide opportunities for team growth, collaborating with other departments, and driving the expansion of the Industrial division. The individual in this position is expected to uphold operational excellence by delivering high-quality service to both clients and candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Development: Mentor and guide recruiters through ongoing training and support, ensuring alignment with team objectives and promoting continuous improvement.
- Technology Utilization: Implement the company's ATS and other systems to streamline recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency in filling vacancies.
- Goal Setting: Work alongside leadership to establish and break down goals that align with budgetary expectations, customizing KPIs for each team member to enhance performance.
- Career Advancement: Identify growth opportunities for team members through regular coaching sessions, utilizing individual development plans to foster personalized progress.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Conduct regular interviews to engage potential internal candidates, building a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to expand business by reaching out to potential clients through various outreach methods.
- Recruitment Participation: Actively assist in recruiting efforts to improve fill rates and enhance customer satisfaction, demonstrating best practices in the hiring process.
- Innovative Sourcing: Create and implement unique strategies to attract a diverse talent pool, ensuring readiness for current and future client needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Strengthen customer satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and building long-term partnerships.
- Daily Operations: Conduct daily meetings to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and achieve operational goals effectively.
- Exceptional Service Delivery: Ensure a high level of service to clients, aiming to exceed their expectations consistently.
- Balanced Leadership: Inspire and motivate the team while holding members accountable, fostering a positive work environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the staffing sector.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate team members.
- Proven skills in building lasting client relationships.
