Position Overview:

As the Administrative Coordinator at Karen Hendrix Couture, you will be integral to maintaining the operational efficiency of our workspace. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative responsibilities aimed at supporting our team and enhancing the overall productivity of our office environment. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative capacity is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate recording of all client payments in the database.
  • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and initiate orders as necessary.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Oversee clerical staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
  • Ensure the functionality of office equipment, including telecommunication systems, printers, and computers.

Working Hours: The office operates from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Availability to work on Saturdays is essential.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, and Apple OS.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of office management practices and procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in leading and supervising a team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
